Dormitor needed for new character/ghoul

Hello folks, I'm new!
I'm looking to create a new character - a ghoul. I've been told that when my character enters its first scene in the main channel , he/she must no longer be a mortal already.
So, are there any players of Kindred whose character is able to be my character's dormitor? She's about 25 and Hispanic, N.O.P.D. patrolwoman
