A powerful specter known as Legion had escaped the Shadowlands into the Skinlands. Due to the bravery and personal sacrifice of many, it appears the Malfean's schemes have been put to final rest.

It's been discovered Legion, a powerful Malfean of the Shadowlands has broken free. It is suspected Legion is behind the chaotic battle between the elemental spirits at the levees in kindred territory. The wraiths warn the presence of a Malfean leaves only destruction and Oblivion in it's wake. Clearly this one must be stopped before it takes all of the Skinlands with it....but how?
