The time has come to raise the Ahadi Caern. The supernatural alliance of NOLA arrives and takes their positions of defense against insurmountable odds. The night looks bleak, but it's all or nothing as the Accords pour all they have into this last ditch effort to keep all the powerful forces at bay who wish to eradicate them once and for all.

At the levies in vampire territory, the old garou caern is about to fall. If it does, the powerful bane currently bound and restrained will be let loose. Legion will try to devour the bane to grow more powerful, and unleash whatever doom and destruction the Malfean has planned. Only by erecting a new caern, and binding the bane to it, can they stop this particular flavour of doom. And yet the Garou will have none of it. Rather than assist in NOLA's darkest time, they are taking this opportunity to wipe out what they consider Wyrm-Tainted Accords and purge the city. Legion, no doubt, is proud of their efforts.

[ST Thea] * Daniel sat in the middle of the circle ritual area he'd set up. Stripped down to his birthday suit he was scrubbing himself down with a special herbal smelling soap. Humming and singing old songs, in the dragons tongue while the Kin that would be shipped off to another wallow for safety soon stood by with pitchers of herbal water to pour over him to clean off. It appeared to be some sort of cleansing ritual.... something to help focus the mind and prepare the soul. He didn't seem to notice much else around him as he worked.

* Raven is currently perched high on a tree above Daniel and his Kinfolk. She was, of course, in corvid form. A large and solitairy black raven keeping vigil over her leader below. Her mind was focused on the task at hand and keeping a lookout for any sign of danger or anyone that would be foolish enough to try and disturb Daniel during this time. The former would be met with a harsh corvid cry of alarm, while the latter would find themselves blocked by a flurry of wings before being faced down by a small and angry woman.

* Ryker was pacing a short distance off. He'd arrived with his kinfolk early to set up and get used to the lay of the land. They'd been here on Saturday to set up, but things had changed between then and now. Yesterday Ryker had been assigned to the medics. Now he found himself as a multipurpose combatant on the second line of defence. He found himself pausing again to once more check that he had everything. He'd been promised a gun from Gabe and ammunition from Matthew, but he'd also brought along a medic pack to wear during the fight and dedicated it to himself. He wasn't sure if he'd end up needing to defend the other healers, but now he was happy he had done so. He'd likely need it on the secondary defensive line.

[ST Thea] -SCENE- The old farmer's land that Daniel had bought was mostly straight field. Daniel had taken the week before to have big trucks come through flattening the area down. Removing all the buildings. pulling out the plumbing, the septic.... returning the land back to a mortal natural form. Then spent the rest of the time preparing for the ritual. The lawn around where the house once stood was lush and green, having an old school english garden with roses that spoke to the mind set of the person who had owned this land before. Daniel had left those, and the old rose bushes that grew thick in the area filling the air with the scent of bold and soft colored flowers. Someone had constructed a massive wall of what looked like White Vines in a circle around Daniel's primary area, and then a second circle 20 feet out from the first one... some sort of barrier system. There were entrances in each of the four directions to allow people inward... closer inspection of these vines would show they were made of paper and reacted to touch as if alive. From this second circlar wall of vines out one could see in all directions except to the North.. where an orchard of citrus and nut trees sat blocking the view to the farthest field.

* Matthew is checking over a drone to make sure it worked properly, knowing that they are all too prone to bug out when most needed, like any piece of technology. He's sitting out in the dirt, eyes glued onto an iPad screen hooked up to the controller for it, sending it out for a short test flight around the area before bringing it gently back down in front of himself, picking it up along with the iPad to go hook both of them up to respective portable chargers, seemingly satisfied with it. Ryker would have gotten his ammunition, normal rounds supplied en masse by others although Matt will load up two magazines for him with some hollow point ammunition once he's got his weapon and magazines, strapping some red tape on those two so they aren't confused. He then starts individually going through the infared goggles he has yet to distribute and making sure they're working optimally

<RandiDavison> * A swirling moon-lit gate opens itself in the fabric of reality, creating a path that spills out over the ground.

<Ryker> * It feels odd for Ryker to be carrying a weapon, he isn't -really- a fighter and he'd likely end up very much dead for his trouble. It wasn't that he couldn't fight, but that he had a severe handicap that was likely to get him and those counting on him killed. Ryker looks in shock at the sight of a moon-bridge opening. He'd never really seen one before, not this close at least. He silently muses that the umbra must not be poisoned yet.

 * RandiDavison comes striding down the glowing path, carrying her big black duffel. She must have popped the bun in her oven, because her belly is flat and she is spry as she ever was before her pregnancy. "Well this is a tiny group of so and sos."

 * Ryker doesn't know this woman, at all. He hesitantly looks to Matt to see if he recognises her, "Matt? You know her or is this party starting early?"

 * RandiDavison is six foot and something, tall and wiry, built like an Amazon. Her skin is tan in a way that says more than sunbathing, and sharp, golden-hazel eyes are full of humor and intelligence. Today, she is wearing full body armor, her long dark hair tied back in a thick banded braid, and her expression is a little more serious than jovial "I love to party, but that's not my game today."

 * Matthew slips off the last pair of infared goggles and turns it off, satisfied that they're working, wondering if he should go give the drone a second test run befor-Jesus hell who the fuck is that? He makes a cutting motion across his throat, "No clue who she is man."

<Ryker> * Well that settles it, Ryker takes a hopping step back and hefts the riffle in a smooth motion. He isn't the best with a gun, but he at least knows what he is doing, "Alright lady, drop the bag and hands up. No one needs to get shot." Ryker isn't dressed for combat, he is wearing an EMT uniform, but his gaze is serious enough as he takes cautious aim at Randi.

<RandiDavison> "I'd tell you to go find Daniel, but I imagine he's busy preparing for the Rite. So how about you not kill me, and we get this information I'm carrying to the leaders of this shindig? My name is Randi Davison, I am an Elder Ragabash of the Glasswalker Tribe. Me Help-um you faceys. We make big wampum caern thing."

<Isabelle> "Easy, Ryker," ::Isabelle comes walking towards them from where she parked her car, carrying several bags that looks like they're heavy:: "She's one of ours. Randi used to be the Shifter leader in town."

* RandiDavison drops the duffel without annoyance, "Ahh, that was heavy Thanks."

<Matthew> "...." Matt eyes Randi for a long moment before gathering up his technological goodies and carrying them out towards the defensive area, going to go find somewhere to set them down where they won't get damaged by idiots nor dirt. He's not going to question why an elder garou is going to help them massacre her own kind, trusting the mage leader to not screw them over by extending their trust to her.

* RandiDavison watches Ryker steadily, waiting to see whether he will stand down or not.

* Ryker lowers the barrel of the muzzle so that it was not quite pointed at Randi anymore, "Uh, right then. Sorry." He'll offer Randi a sheepishly apologetic smile, "I'm not really one for combat anyway." The riffle gets slung over his shoulder, "You cold try talking to Daniel, but he's doing some kind of cleansing ritual, Mind Whisper here could probably talk with you though." He offers a welcoming smile to Isabelle, "Speaking of which, I won't be with you tonight, Isabelle. Some genius decided that we should press our luck and see if I get myself killed by poisoned umbra instead." He is joking, of course, but it is macabre humor.

* RandiDavison nods and gives Ryker a wink "That's a lot more pleasant, isn't it? Pointing a gun is a bore." She turns toward Isabelle then "Somebody had to listen to the Nation and see what they were up to. I've been making it harder for them to bring a unified front against us. Some of them may not come, some may even join our side. I dn't know, I can't make any promises. What I do have, however, is information that might affect this battle. So, Belle. Where do I find the honchos? I need to pass this on."

* ::Isabelle placed her bags down; she had more in the car, but this was obviously far more important. She stretches out a bit, regarding Randi with a serious expression:: "Daniel should be preparing for the Rite; he is here - Tanaka will not arrive until after the sun sets; I am uncertain if Lady White will be here before, or if she is following with him. Kiara, the current Mortal leader, could be arriving any moment." ::She did a brief scan for Kiara's mind in the vicinity and not finding it:: "But she is not here currently."

<RandiDavison> "Are these our generals, then?"
<RandiDavison> "I won't interrupt Daniel, his preparation is of utmost importance."

* Ryker tilts his head, "Tanaka is managing the overall scope of things and we got Garbiel, the ahroun and Kode, the Brujah managing the lines. Raven, the current shifter second is managing the skies and intelligence and Isabelle..." Ryker inclines his head towards her, "Is the lead medic."

<Isabelle_> ::Isabelle had been about to say just that, but inclines her head affirmatively to what Ryker said::

<RandiDavison> "Well then. How can I make myself useful until these people arrive?"

* Ryker shifts his feet a bit, but decides to pipe up, "You know anything about slipping? It's... a concern for me. I don't want to jeopardise my friends needlessly by vanishing on them." She had seemed capable with the umbra and she was an elder.

* RandiDavison tilts her head "I know a bit, yeah. The best thing I can think to do is increase the gauntlet for you, personally. But then you'd better pick a side and stick on it."

* Matthew wanders his way back towards the group, coming up the question Randi. "You said you were a walker yeah? Got any ways to make sure those of your tribe don't knock out or worse, repurpose my drone? I'd like to not deliver them free eyes on our position." He gestures over to a particularly large drone sitting out on the ground behind a car, wires running from the trunk to it, the drone itself about a meter long and a bit more so wide. It's got a currently unattatched infared camera sitting beside it, a cloth cover over the lenses.( https://usercontent.irccloud-cdn.com/file/NQlAZdNY/1453995932000_1138088.jpg )

* ::Isabelle proceeds back off back to her car to drag more bags with supplies to the place, her face turning into a strange expressionless mask once she's no longer interacting with anyone::

* Ryker doesn't miss a beat, "This side, the umbra will be poisoned and I have a lady I need to protect here." As if that should make everything clearer, "I'd be in your debt, Elder."

* RandiDavison looks at Matthew "I'm afraid the best way to do that would be to make it a fetish, and we'd need three days for that Rite. ANd we've got.. fifteen minutes? Wait, fourteen.."
<RandiDavison> "Twelve..."
<RandiDavison> "C'mere Ryker."
* RandiDavison turns and starts walking off a little ways.

* Ryker nods grimly and follows Randi at a jog, "Maybe just keep track of it to shoot it down if it goes wonky?" He calls over his shoulder as she follows Randi

* RandiDavison hops over briefly, flashing into the Umbra with a "one moment" gesture to Ryker.

* Ryker waits patiently. He is used to waiting, meditation has helped him with that over the years.

* Matthew just hopes they won't hear nor see it at all, he'll make sure the operator will keep it high up in the sky, he made sure he got a camera with good optical zoom. Matt thinks over what else needs to be done, preferring to keep busy before everything hit the fan and checks the time... Awh shit. He hops and starts over to grab the drone and everything with it and heading in towards the earthen barricades.

* RandiDavison comes back over, carrying a small Spider spirit with her. They're already in the midst of chitter-clackclacking at each other, and Randi gestures at Ryker with a head nod and chitter-clack-bzzzt. The spider waves its front legs and responds, swaying in place on her hand, to which she shakes her head and emphatically chitters something that looks like a strong version of "Wave off Ghost Rider! Wave off!"

* Ryker peers at the spider curiously. That was... interesting. He didn't deal much with spirits, but he wasn't about to question it.

* Makayla made her way towards the area, wearing a sturdy looking pair of jeans with several small scarf looking items hanging off the loops and belts there, a long sleeved simple black t-shirt , and had her long hair bound back tightly in a braid that was then wound into a bun at the back of her head, fully out of her way. She made h er way over towards the area she knew the healers would be working and set about making sure she knew where everything was so she would be ready if needed

* RandiDavison sets the Spider back on ... nothing. It pulls apart the webs of reality on its own, crawling back into the Umbral realm before knitting its pathway closed. Randi turns back to Ryker "I don't know why you're so damn slippery, but the little guy says it's a no go. He offered to calcify you but... ah... Really not a good idea, yeah? I think so, at least."
<RandiDavison> "You'd be going literally nowhere, at that point."

* Ryker blinks, "Well... I appreciate not being calcified... thanks for trying though, I'll just have to hope that I am damn lucky then." He gives Randi a lopsided smile, "May we live in interesting times."

* RandiDavison snort-laughs, ridiculously dorky all of a sudden, and grins ruefully "Don't we already?"

* Ryker joins her in a laugh, "I am constantly reminded that they can get more interesting! If we live through tonight, I am going to try skydiving. Infinitely better for my health."

<RandiDavison> "Ooooh. Skydiving is one of the best things ever, next to reverse cowgirl on a ... ah, REALLY GREAT STUFF!"

* Ryker blinks and then almost falls over in a fit of laughter, "Oh Gaia, I missed Ragabash." He points a finger at her, "You and I! We are going drinking after this."

<RandiDavison> "I do like to drink! We'll make a plan." She looks over the few gathering forces, chewing her lip "Lots of drinking."
<RandiDavison> "I am, I'm gonna go powder my nose. Be right back. Swearsies."
* RandiDavison goes to get her duffel, and heads for a bush, or an outhouse, who knows what this old coot has on site?!

* Ryker nods and then heads off himself. He is assigned to the south side of the Cearn location so he is going to go and get himself set up there.

* Peyton makes her way in with a backpack over one shoulder, hair pulled back in a pony tail and wearing simple jeans and a Pitsburg Penguins t-shirt with a red plaid mens work shirt over it. "Alrightie." She said with a little stretch as she approached the little group. "just about time to get to work I suppose."

* Gabriel arrives at the farm, the Ahroun dressed in the outfite Raven had dedicated for him. Rather than soem nice clothing, he had chosen an outfit both practical, and nostalgic, though the nostalgia is lost on those around him. He is wearing a white tank top with an American flag on it [ http://tinyurl.com/ojq68a9 ] with black cargo pants. Upon his hip he is wearing his Springfield 1911 .45 pistol, on the other hip he has two filled magazines, and upon his back, sheathed sideways to where the grip is pointing to his left, he has a tactical tomahawk. He is carrying a large satchel with him, which he starts to pull up over his head, to distribute the contents of to those around him. "Good afternoon everyone! I have brought some tools to help us today. Castle has made some talens, which will help us to press our tactical advantage, and keep us in the fight for longer." He opens up the satchel, looking to see who all is present. "I need someone from each front to come and get their share to distribute, please."

* Ryker will pause to head back towards Gabriel, "I'm South. There's Chatter, Kyssa, Max, and myself." He offers. "Chatter is eyes in the sky. Got anything to keep her hidden from sight better?"

* Peyton peered over Gabriel's shoulder to see what was what. While Makayla just gave him a wave from her spot over by the healers set up.

* Raven will pause in her vigil to come and collect anything that Gabriel might have for her, but only if he makes some sign to the corvid that she is needed.

* Kiara finally shows up at the farm and makes her way to where everyone else is. There is no reason to dress up today...heels and skirts aren't going to serve her much out here so basic black cargo pants and a Blue Oyster Cult t-shirt is all she is wearing as she slips up next to Peyton. the rest of whatever she had brought was sitting in her car and she wasn't going to haul it around until it was needed. Kiara gives a wiggle of her fingers meant as a greeting to everyone else here though Gabriel gets a warm little smile in addition.

* Peyton gave a little grin towards Kiara, "Hey girl." She said simply, still looking at everything Gabriel had brought. She had a bit of her own gear of course, but hardly had any of it out just yet.

* Gabriel nods to ryker's question, beginning to spill the goods, so to speak. He pulls out twenty dried, hollowed out gourds, partitioning out five gourds for each group, and then begins pulling out vials of the blackest liquid that he himself has ever seen. There are double the amount of vials than gourds, put he begins to partition them out into groups as well, 6 vials into 6 groups, to account for the eyes in the sky, and for the mobility team. The remaining four, he leaves to whomever else expresses a need for them the most. "Now, the gourds here are what are called Gaia's Breath talens. they can bind even the most grievous of wounds, but we have a limited amount of them. They can only be used once. Break the gourd, and the powder will enter the wounds and seal them. Do not be afraid to use them if you need them, but we should be frugal." Holding up one of the vials, he looks to the group, meeting Ryker's eyes as this was his answer to the man. "This is called Nightshade, but it is not poisonous. It is the essence of a night spirit. Drink this, and it will turn your body into shadow, making you almost invisible at night. Only those that know to look for you should be able to spot you. This will help us with our tactical ambush capabilities."

* RandiDavison comes walking back out from the facilities, stretching this way and that "Man, he really likes to go old school out here. Remind me to slap that scaly ass when we're done here." She spies the Silver Fang, and turns his way.

* Ji Hyo was already here and was patiently waiting for others to show up.

* Aiyana would also be around nearby.

*Reginald was off somewhere trying to convince himself that he would do this for his Isabelle. Pep talks weren't as compelling when given to one's self but he was trying to use his love for his Rosa to bolster his wavering courage. He wasn't going to leave, not a chance! He was just trying not to get sick more than anything else.

[ST Thea] * A rather simple car rolled up.. A Prius if you will.... Bright yellow, with red flames and from the driver seat Veto stepped out and around to open the passenger side door allowing Typpid out. For the moment he looked human, all hints of the fox like features, the three tails gone. He moved with purposeful steps along the lawn toward the wall of white vine work twirling his amber handled cane as he walked. He glanced at all the bodies moving around with a quite reserve about him. Veto was right behind him.. struggling to get into his armor vest and juggle his riot shot gun as he moved....

<RandiDavison> "Ryker, buddy, is this the Gabriel you mentioned?"

* RandiDavison stops by the two of them, pulling up short before she gets too close. It's polite to give personal space, right?!

* Ryker will nod and kneel down to add the gourds to his own medical pack, "I'll make sure they are distributed to those that needs them on the East and South fronts. There are just the four of us for shifters on that side, but I have kin there that might be able to use them." He nods at Randi as he collects his sides ration of nightshade, "Ai, this is Gabriel. He's a good guy, I hear. Brought us presents and everything."

* Matthew wanders back out the the group upon seeing Gabriel show up, although his nose is more or less buried into an iPad screen as he meanders his way back over, a H&K G3 rifle slung over his back. He only looks up as he reaches the gaggle, glancing over at Kiara. "Goggles are triple checked and ready to go." He then holds out the iPad to her, the device mostly blank screen right now, the app seemingly just waiting input since it's not connected to anything. "I'm hoping one of yours knows how to fly the drone, bluetooth easy hook-up and the controller has a wire if that screws up. I've got some short range walkie talkies more or less for them to communicate with each front too."
<Matthew> "The drone is out in the defenses already."

* ::Isabelle returns with the second pair of bags, placing them down as well, then she headed down towards the area prepared for the healers to help make sure everything was set up. The Ghouls that Lawrence had sent knew their stuff, though, much to Isabelle's relief, and she found that they needed only little extra direction ... frankly, they probably knew this better than she did. She knew the humanoid body intimately, but she repaired damages to the very building blocks of their being; utilizing medical instruments were not what she was most familiar with. She returns to the gathering in time to hear Gabriel talk - talens; that would provide a much-needed advantage::

* RandiDavison 's lips spread in a full, evil, grin "Oh goody. Presents. But I Hear we're all bad boys and girls here so let's embrace the narrative for a little while. Gabriel. I have intel. We need to get it out to the various leaders so that it's useful. As the ranking Ahroun, you're the guy I'm starting with."

* Gabriel rises from his satchel, taking the North side's share of talens to deliver to them to his own charges. With a silent not to Ryker, his attention is pulled to Randi's statement, appearing curious at information that needed to be disseminated among the people. "Okay, hit me with it."

* Kegarri was there, milling about with the others who had gathered. Earlier he had gone to scout where the wraiths were planning to set up their thing. He had a job to do there, just before the battle started. Now that he was back though, he was wearing comfortable dark clothes and the kevlar vest Randi had given to him so long ago. Randi's return was a surprise, but he lurked behind others and snuck closer to listen to what was going on. <end>

<RandiDavison> "We can walk and talk if you need to." She offers a hand, briefly, to shake. "Randi Davison. Elder Glasswalker. I made it look like cut ties with this place to have a kid and to keep an ear to the ground in the Nation and see what their reactions were to this rag-tag group of people. I imagine there are plenty of folks who won't know what to do with me, but before I get throated I"m passing along my message."

* Kiara had no idea who Randi was but Kiara was listening with some interest, she nudges Peyton a little to get the woman's attention.> "Our stuffs in the bug...just so you know."

* Raven herself will wing down for a moment to shift and collect her personal supply of nightshade, "Thanks Gabe." Raven was watching the people around and paused to listen to the intel before she'd head back. Raven would also motion for Kegarri to some and collect his nightshade and gaia's breath talyns if he wanted them.

* Peyton nodded to Kiara. "alrightie boss lady. We should probably get fitted soon, folks here look about ready to do some damage."

* Kegarri nodded to Raven and quietly slipped around people, moving with liquid feline grace to disturb as little as possible. "Garri is a shade of the night already. But it is good to have help catching one's breath, yes?" And so he accepted the Gaia's breath talen, but not the other.

* Gabriel gives Raven a grin, reaching down to ruffle the tiny woman's hair playfully. "You're welcome." His attention is not long broken from Randi, however, as he moves to form in step with the Glass Walker. "Well, I will take any help we can get, or whatever information that you have found. Thank you for returning." He spoke with sincerity; he knew how difficult it was to turn away from the Nation for oneself, but he couldn't imagine how it was for someone with a child.

* RandiDavison doesn't waste time, hopping right into it "I didn't even let Daniel know, and it's his kid. So, look. You know that the Nation is coming, I have numbers. I did what I could to make it so they aren't a unified front against us.. hell, some may even be coming to help but I can't promise that because I didn't want to clue the majority of people in. Quick rundown? We've got fifteen war packs of Fenrir coming Four are Mjolnir's Thunder, crazy beserkers.. super deadly. Eight I'm not sure of.. but they're Fenrir so expect a base of super deadly. THe last three packs.. they're dedicated to Cuckoo. That means, they could be anywhere here, already trying to infiltrate. They'll be trying to take us from the inside."
<RandiDavison> "The Striders, and Furies are full bore against us because of the Kindred allies here. The Dies Ultimate have taken over my tribe and turned it into something.. I can't agree with. The Imminent strike has joined them, and they are coming as well. They have formed a unified front with some real trouble, and the shifty Lords of the Summit, asshats, are backing them because they think it will get them power.
<RandiDavison> "The Silver Fangs have taken a step back, promising the Pure Tribes that if they help take this place over they can have it. So we can expect a ton of Wendigo and Uktena here, trying to regain their land."

 * Kiara stepped in closer to Gabriel now as she listened to Randi. The words and titles she used made little sense so all she had to go off of was Gabriel's own reaction to how bad this new was. Given the numbers she could roughly guess it wasn't sounding all that great.

* RandiDavison doesn't look like she's about to be done, but she's letting the last bits sink in before she continues.

* Gabriel listens with interest, his arms folded across his chest while he is given the rundown on everything Randi has presented so far. His expression is neutral, simply taking in the information. He waits for Randi to finish, before he responds. The situation looked hairy, however, he was hoping that Gaia would have some sort of mercy upon them this day.

* ::Isabelle had taken to following Randi and Gabriel as well, listening quietly. She had known this would be a terrible scenario, but it sounded worse than she imagined ... so much worse. Her expression betrayed nothing, however, remaining a smooth marble mask::

* Raven playfully bats he hands at the larger man and sticks her tongue out at him, "No fair! You're bigger than me!" She sticks close to the two garou though and blanches at the numbers of Garou, but fighting was Gabes hand. What she focused on was that -they- could be here already. In a flurry of Feathers she was shifted and flapping to perch on Gabriels' shoulder for the vantage point as she scans the area.

* RandiDavison nods, and continues "The Gnawers have totally pulled out of the city, pardon the term but I think 'Rats from a sinking ship' sounds about right. There's not hide nor hair of the Gazers, and the Red Talons have turned from this fight, they aren't coming. A couple of strong tribal totems have turned away too.. Black Unicorn is nowhere to be found. Cockroach is nowhere to be found."
<RandiDavison> "I've been working on the Glasswalkers that aren't Dies Ultime, trying to maek this a harder call for the Nation to turn us out. But ... and I know this is going to sound ridiculous.. this isn't even the worst part."

* Peyton was standing there looking curiously confused and just trying to follow all the garou jargen so that she understood a little of just how screwed they all were.

<RandiDavison> "Breathe though, there's some good news. The Hive in the Southwest is busy licking its wounds, they're not coming. There are very few banes, that's evil spirits people, they're not going to be a big lot of trouble. But. And I'm sorry about this one.
* RandiDavison notes the others listening, as well as Gabriel, her expression darkening "How many of you have heard of Legion?"

[ST Thea] * Typpid stepped through the circle of Vines, and joined Daniel as he stood up and sent his kinfolk away... Getting into the vans his people would leave... taking the precious few Kinfolk of the Fera with them. For a moment the two men stared at each other while Typpid began to disrobe down into a similar fashion. Both men changed into comfortable flowing pants made out of natural fabric. They moved into position and settled down onto their knees facing one another as they waited for the time to get things going.

[ST Thea] -SCENE- The Sun was starting to set.. not quite fully dark, but helios had turned an orangish-pink that drifted across the sky the clouds hovering as if the heavens themselves were holding their breath.

* Gabriel just keeps waiting, not reacting to becoming Raven's perch. To answer Randi's question, he shakes his head at her slowly. "That is not a title or name I have heard, other than when Christians speak of a demon in the Bible."

* Raven pokes Gabriels head gently with her beak and caws at Randi as if to say it is something they know of.

* ::Isabelle exhales a deep breath softly:: "We know what it is. We feared that it would be attracted here, as well ... I suppose it was too much to hope it would be kept busy elsewhere."

* Makayla watched the rest of them go without a word, setting herself to her given task with a grim sort of determination and she kept an eye out on the setting sun.

* Peyton nudged Kiara and jerked her head towards the bug before setting her steps in that direction so shecould grab her own vest and quickly prepare.

* RandiDavison nods to Raven "I can't speak grawkle, but I understand you." Her gaze turns to Isabelle "No, no hope there. When you draw the energy from the other caern, it's almost certain to try to intercept and devour it. Which on its own is a megaton fucking bomb of terrible proportions. But. If he succeeds it gets worse. Not only is your caern eaten, but the bane it is holding back will be released. And kids.. that bane is... Well it's terrible. The Caern raising will bind it here if we're successful, if not.. the spirit bound to the rage of a Nation, the Riots that have been going wild all over? That pure anger and discontent? It'll be let loose on this town."
<RandiDavison> "So we have Legion trying to become Corporeal, and a major Bane trying to get free."
<RandiDavison> "Which leads me to... How do we direct the Nation at the *real* problem here?"
<RandiDavison> "That should be what we're all fighting."

<Isabelle_> "We have tried to explain the sheer danger that Legion represents to a representative of the Nation, but she did not seem to take it seriously. She held adamantly to the stance that the Nation should be allowed control of the Caern."

* Raven sighs and butts her head against Gabriels cheek. This was great, simply fucking great. She had no idea how to convince Garou of anything if an Elder Glasswalker couldn't. This was going to be a devastating fight for both sides. Raven would shift again, on Gabriels shoulders, so that the tiny woman was perched on him, "We could tell Jessica about Legion and the danger? Her pack might be able to convince some more not to fight us?"

<Kiara> "It seems a bit late for that train of thought...Jessica wasn't interested in anything but the caern when we met with her." Kiara lifted a hand to pinch the bridge of her nose between her thumb and first finger, a little wooden bracelet she was wearing slid down her arm a bit. Her free hand gestured to what Isabelle said and she sighed softly.

<Isabelle_> "Well, I suppose she represented only her own faction, not the entire Nation," ::Isabelle adds::

<RandiDavison> "The best news in all of this is that we're not facing the entirety of the Nation. They're split over this. But it isn't enough, given what's coming."

* Gabriel takes it all in, but answers Randi's question with a regretful shake of his head. "Unfortunately, until this Legion shows itself to be an imminent threat, the time for negotiation is over. The presence of the Fenrir alone can attest to that, I believe. Perhaps if the hinges start to break on the cages, and the immediate danger of Legion and the Bane becomes obvious, they might turn to take the fight to the true enemy. But that is not a risk we can afford. So now, we stand and fight." Gabriel gestures to Helios' arc, the sun beginning to set upon the horizon. "We have limited time. We should all get to where we need to be."

* Faira would come up in a car, getting out and looking around at those gathered, giving each of them a wave before going to stand by Isabelle.

<RandiDavison> "If you have a way to heighten your senses for intruders, do it. We're going to have extras in the ranks that are here to stop us."

[ST Thea] * The Fae vans and SUVs would begin to roll in.... Eddum hopping out first followed by, Cly... they came tumbling out.... nearly 75 of them carrying their gear with them. Some of which looked more amusing then practical but as they moved these changlings trapped in human forms called on the Wylds.. they become something fantastic.. .something of another world. Men and women shifted into the forms of massive blue skinned trolls, animal based pookas, elegant drifting Eshu, the shadowy Sougah, Gangalie Knockers, and round cheery looking Bougans... they moved even in this moment in good cheer, filled with the belief in the impossible, with honor as their shield and hope in their eyes. They moved to their pre-assigned places and waited... Eddum stood out unusual among all the others. A massive seven foot elongated form of steel cable muscles and snow white skin. The long hands grasped one a shield, and the other a great cleaver looking sword. While his body was set with black etched armor.... around him a drifting of white rose petals fell and connected turned blood red and pooled about his feet for a few brief moments. He said nothing for the mouth in this twisted face was no longer meant for speaking but instead set with rows of sharp shark teeth... he swung the tip of the blade back and forth in restless and began to pace the quarter of his area he was to command and protect.

<Isabelle_> "I can skim the minds of those present," ::Isabelle remarks:: "They can masquerade themselves only as Shifters? or can they mimic other supernaturals?"

<RandiDavison> "They don't hide what they are, they hide that they belong."

* Peyton finished getting herself ready and made her way back overtowhere Kiara stood, her eyes raising a little atthe sight of the fae. "holy hell..." she muttered, clearly impressed.

* RandiDavison bows sweepingly to the Fae.

* Raven nods to Randi, "Garri and I know the gift of enemy ways. We will ferret for them." Raven would smile at Garri before opening a vile of nightshade, "I will see you all on the other side of this night. Hunt well and don't make me have to mourn my friends!"

* RandiDavison hefts her duffel "Do we have a perimeter? I brought some gifts for our visitors."

<Chatter> *Up in the trees, a big black chicke...er.. raven, grawkls down at Raven. Chatter is waiting nearby*
<Chatter> Chatter; RECON BIRD HERE!

* Kiara had been about to make some snarky remark about cowboy diplomacy but whatever words she had were stolen by the sight of Eddum in that form, the rest of the fae may as well not even be there as far as she was concerned. He really was a rather impressive sight to begin with but the added details of the armor and such amplified that to a degree. Whatever she was feeling at seeing him now was kept to herself and she turned back to Peyton, a forced smile of thanks for having grabbed her stuff. "Have I mentioned you are just about the best second ever?" Charm would get her all kinds of places that cold reaction couldn't touch.

* Peyton absolutley rolled her eyes at Kiara, twice, "Damn right I am, come Monday we'regonna have to discuss a pay raise."

* Gabriel gives the Fae a respectful nod to their presence becoming known, having never seen the champions of the Dreaming in action before, and not quite knowing what to expect from their forms. It was no wonder that the Fianna kept close ties with the Fae, for within them shone a hope for the victory that he had to respect and admire. His attention returns to Randi at her question. "We have four fronts established in each of the Cardinal directions, each with a rough split of support, ranged, and melee combatants. You can set up whatever you need on the fronts, but we will have to hurry." Looking back to the crowd of people that were gathering on the farm, looking for those that had been assigned to him in the North. Finding them, he gestures for them to wrap up any last details they needed to tend to, before joining with him to begin their march to the line.

* RandiDavison nods, carting her bag on a quick clip, as she runs for the first quarter.

* Raven would grin up at Chatter, "There is my wing-sister! We have nightshade to stay hidden." Raven would grasp 6 vials and hold them up for Chatter to collect.

<Chatter> "I do not know what that is, but OKAY!" She swoops down, collecting the vials to set in a safe place for her use.

* ::Isabelle inclines her head deeply towards the Fae as well, then turns to regard Faira with an affectionate smile:: "Did you remember to put on your kevlar as I asked, Faira?" ::Yeah, Faira would remain with the healers with Isabelle, but Belle worried for her, damnit!::

* Matthew will tap Kiara gently on the shoulder with the iPad unsure if she is actually ignoring him over this given she gave no hint of even having heard him earlier. "Can someone from your faction handle the drone or should I pass it off to the Kindred? It's easy to fly, and ready to go." (IE beat an NPC with it) Matt glances towards Gabriel walking off, figuring he should set off after him very soon to the north face.

[ST Thea] * Jazzy and Isabelle's coven of Hedgemages would be finishing their set up period waiting for her direction.

<Raven> "They are talens to hide us in shadow while we fly." Raven answers Chatter with a smile.

<Chatter> "Ohhh. Okay then! She does a litle hop hop, then takes off for the trees once more."

* Kiara gave Matthew an apologetic look and took the iPad from him. "I'm sorry...there is a lot going on. Between you and me, I figure we've got it handled." She headed off with him to follow Gabriel as they were all working North together.

* Faira blinks and nods. "I almost forgot it. Thanks for reminding me."

* Charley_Harper's car pulls up to the other vehicles and she steps out wearing her "Fighting" clothes. http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=211826115

* Matthew will nod, running to his car to shed his jacket and strap on kevlar before slipping the jacket back over it, taking hold of the middle of his rifle as he jogs to catch back up with Gabriel and Kiara to the north side.

* Peyton watched her friend go off with Gabriel and Matt and gave an almost imprectable little sigh before heading off towards the east to get herself situated.

* Charley_Harper takes the helmet off and walk up to the closest grouping of people.

* Raven will shift again so that Gabriel once again has a black bird on his shoulders.

<Charley_Harper> "I hear someone may be in need of a fast car and or a driver?" smiles, the helmet tucked under her arm.

* Gabriel while the others assigned to the North finish their preparations, Gabriel has one final thing to see to of hiw own. He makes his way quickly to his Explorer, popping open the back hatch and grabbing something from the back of it. He approaches the group once more after closing the hatch to the SUV, upon his back resting a wooden staff with intricate runes and glyphs carved into the wood, held to him with a simple leather strap that he had attached to the wood for ease of transport. With Daniel's lightning staff in tow, the Ahroun makes his way quickly for the Northern front, catching up with Kiara and Matthew quickly. He speaks to them both, knowing that he would have to give his group a quick briefing as a whole later, but he did not want anything to be unclear. "I have two standing orders for us, and that is all. If you're not shooting, you're reloading. And your fire should be concentrated on Garou with Grey fur. They will most likely even be larger than the other Garou that we face. Soften them up as much as possible; those are the Fenrir."

* ::Isabelle will ask Faira to head to the area that was set up like a field medic camp, and then she directs herself to Jazzy and the coven. She makes sure that everything is ready for their ritual, and instructs them to begin once the Kindred has arrived, as well - she offers a few personal words to each of them, and explains to Jazzy that she will be in constant mental contact with him, in case something happens that requires her attention::

* Kiara gave a little wink to Gabriel before putting on the kevlar she had. "Lots of shooting at grey furry things...you made this sound hard, my dear." She took a moment to dig out a small silver flask and took a drink from it as soon as the top was spun off. There was a little cluster of car batteries and a multitude of thin black wires that were paired and ready to be touched to the battery to set off the little presents she had been making for their attackers.

* RandiDavison pops out of the underbrush at the perimeter closest to Gabriel "Shit. I forgot one thing. The Fenrir? They're focused on the Umbra."

* Faira would nod to her sister, moving off toward the triage area and looking around for a moment. If instructed to go to a particular section, she'd go in that direction.

* RandiDavison dashes back off to her work.

* Gabriel nods to Randi's words, replying to her. "Then I hope Castle's plan works, for the Umbra." With that, he looks to Kiara and Matthew, changing his second order. "In that case, just make sure you are shooting Garou that are not me. Try to pick off those that appear to be already wounded, whether it be from explosives, or being entangled in combat with the front lines."

<Matthew> "It is very simple, keep firing until it stops moving... No one said simple equates to being easy though." Matt removes the sling from around his shoulders and takes hold of his rifle, taking a deep breath and mentally preparing himself for the fight. He nods to Gabriel, yep, shoot until it stops moving.

* Charley_Harper nods and walks back to her car, putting hte helmet back on, and sits on the hood, leaning back, ankles crossed. "I'll be here if anyone needs me."

<Raven> Without another noise, the black bird that is Raven will take to the air in a flurry of wings. She will begin focusing her attention on ferreting out hidden enemies and scouting.

<Chatter> *The dark form of Chatter takes off from her spot in the trees, arcing out in a circle away from Raven to cover more area*

* Charley_Harper sees a Jeep w/ a machine gun in the back and quickly makes her way to it, climbs in and waits for the baddies to come.
